Contest Terms & Conditions

Contest period: 12:00 AM May 1, 2026 through 11:59 PM August 14, 2026.  Void where prohibited by law. TheGuarantors reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time.  This contest is not open to the general public. This contest is open exclusively to direct recipients of this email.  No purchase necessary.  

Eligible leasing offices will be entitled to one entry per unique unit located in the New York Metro area with an application approved by TheGuarantors, regardless of the number of approved applicants for that particular unit, and regardless of whether such applicants purchase or procure any products from TheGuarantors.  For the avoidance of doubt, entries into this competition are not conditioned on the sale or solicitation of any insurance or surety product.  Participants shall not take any action involving the sale, solicitation, or negotiation of any insurance products, including but not limited to, discussing specific bond terms, collecting premiums, or adjusting claims.  Failure to comply with these rules will result in the participating leasing office’s disqualification.

The leasing office that submits the most entries during the contest period, as verified by TheGuarantors’ internal tracking system, will be declared the winner of the five (5) tickets to the U.S. Open evening session taking place on September 2, 2026. In the event of a tie, the leasing office that reached the highest number of entries first will be declared the winner.  Distribution of the prize among the winning leasing office staff is at the discretion of leasing office management, except that attendees must be employed by the leasing office on September 2, 2026. The winning office will be notified via email during the week of August 17th, 2026.
