Provide lease details
Keep approvals and move-ins on schedule by using the provide lease details feature in your Landlord Portal.
Step 1
Sign into your landlord portal and navigate to the ‘Track Applications’ tile. Click the ‘View Applications’ button.
Step 2
Search for and click on the applicant with an application status of ‘Provide lease details.’ You can also use the ‘Status’ button to filter by ‘Provide lease details.’
Step 3
Click 'Edit Details' to review and provide lease dates and terms, rent details, leaseholders, and screening status.
Step 4
Click the ‘Confirm & Save’ button. Once the applicant signs and pays, we will forward you the policy.
