Payment Terms and Conditions for All Payment Methods

I authorize The Guarantors Agency to initiate and process payment using the provided account information and payment method in order to fulfill my monetary obligations under the bond and applicable General Agreement of Indemnity, including the payment of premium, indemnification, and collateral, as well as any other fees or charges (as applicable). I understand and agree that The Guarantors Agency may store my account information and is authorized to initiate and process any such amounts, using the account information stored, as they come due, including at a later date.

Terms of ACH Payment for Bank Payments Only

I authorize TheGuarantors to initiate an ACH Electronic Funds Withdrawal ("Direct Deposit") entry to the financial institution account indicated to satisfy my monetary obligations under the bond and applicable General Agreement of Indemnity, including the payment of premium, indemnification, and collateral, as well as any other fees or charges (as applicable). If there are insufficient funds in your bank account, or the Direct Deposit entry bounces and/or fails to for any reason, you authorize us to charge a returned payment fee as applicable in the amount set forth by law and collect that amount through an electronic funds transfer from your checking account if permitted by applicable law, and to re-initiate and/or resubmit the Direct Deposit entry for the payment in question.
